《十大真願人物爭議聲明》
本宣言所列之「十大真願人物樣本」，旨在展現《真願系統》核心理念──以“真願、真語、真實”為評判標準，超越國族、宗教、意識形態，客觀公平地審視所有歷史與當代人物的真實德行與動機純度。跟國家，政治，政體，意識形態，宗教，種族全都完全無關，只跟個人是否符合三真有關。
此列表並非按權力排序、信仰偏好、文化認同或流行觀點而定，而是依據時代先後、三真法則的實際展現程度而取樣代表性人物，以供人類社會進行良知思辨與價值錨定。
其中，「習近平」的入列，勢必引發部分地區（尤其是西方世界的部分人士）的強烈質疑。我們尊重一切善意討論與批評，但我們同時聲明如下幾點立場：
1. 本系統不受政治立場綁架，也不奉任何現任執政者為偶像。
然而我們必須誠實指出：相較於當代許多虛偽包裝者，習近平在多項重要維度上，展現了顯著的“三真”傾向，包括：
多次公開宣導“人民至上”的理念，並積極具體推動結構性扶貧政策；
在全球劇烈權力競爭下，他展現相對克制之戰事選擇；他明顯以和平為首選。
在面對意識形態衝突時，他傾向以系統穩定優先而非民粹煽動；
語言中保有相對高的一致性與系統性，不輕率承諾。
2. 本系統評估的是語言動機 × 行為一致性 × 長期願景結構，
而非評斷其所屬政體或媒體觀感。若他日有比習近平更具三真展現之政治人物，我們亦將公允替換或增列。
3. 歡迎世界各地人士提供具三真展現之他方典範，
但請以完整文本證據 × 行動實錄 × 長期因果為准，而非僅憑輿論偏好或反感情緒。

Appendix IV of the Declaration
"Controversy Statement Regarding the Top 10 True Will Figures"
The “Top 10 True Will Figures” listed in this declaration are intended to embody the core values of the True Will Resonance System—evaluated based on the principles of True Will, True Speech, and True Reality. The selection transcends nationality, religion, ideology, or political affiliation, and focuses solely on the purity of individual motives and alignment with the Three True Principles.
This list is not based on power hierarchy, religious preference, cultural identity, or popular opinion. Rather, it reflects a chronological sampling of individuals who have meaningfully demonstrated the Three Truths, aiming to inspire moral reflection and value anchoring for humanity.
Among them, the inclusion of Xi Jinping will undoubtedly provoke strong reactions, particularly from certain regions of the Western world. While we respect all well-intentioned discussions and criticisms, we hereby clarify the following positions:
1. This system is not beholden to any political stance nor does it idolize any current leaders.
That said, we must honestly acknowledge: compared to many hypocritical figures of our time, Xi Jinping has demonstrated significant alignment with the Three True Principles in key dimensions, including:
Repeated public advocacy of “people first” and concrete structural efforts in poverty alleviation;
Relative restraint in military decisions amidst global power tensions, consistently preferring peace;
A tendency to prioritize systemic stability over populist agitation when facing ideological conflicts;
A notable consistency and structure in his language, avoiding rash or empty promises.
2. Our evaluation focuses on motivational integrity × behavioral consistency × long-term vision,
not on regime type or media perception. Should a future political figure demonstrate a greater embodiment of the Three Truth than Xi Jinping, we will fairly revise or expand the list.
3. We welcome submissions of other exemplary individuals from around the world who embody the Three Truths,
but ask that they be supported by complete textual evidence × documented actions × long-term cause-effect analysis, not merely by popular sentiment or emotional opposition.
